REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

iFUN Store is currently shipping all over India. We are working on enabling International Shipping soon.

At iFUN Store we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. Know this – we work around the clock to try and get you your products in the shortest timeframe possible.

You can reach us at  hello@ifun.co.in , between Monday – Saturday, 11am – 8pm in case of any queries. We strive to answer & fix all queries within 24 hours.

 

Shipping Duration:

All products are shipped out between 2 – 3 working days depending on the product category.

Please note: all the products in your order will be shipped together in one shipment and working days do not include the weekend + public holidays.

In situations beyond iFUN Store’s control there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, iFUN Store will ensure delivery in the earliest possible time frame.

 

Exchange :

iFUN Store has a return and exchange policy only in case of Damaged Products or Wrong Products delivered . We might request you to share an image and videos of your product/ s. For your order to qualify as a return or exchange for the same.

You must raise a return request by emailing us on hello@ifun.co.in within maximum 48 hours after your order is delivered.. After 48 hours, we wont be able to help in any returns or refunds.

  • Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered.
  • Product must be in perfect condition.
  • Exchanges/Refund will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.
  • Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products.
  • Refunds for the damaged products will be processed back via Bank Transfer / Phone Pay / Google Pay. Timeline for same would be 5-7 working days.
  • Once you have requested for a return/ exchange the product has to be dispatched for our Office address within 7 working days.

Kindly note we don’t have any exchange policy if the user is not liking the product after receiving or if user is feeling the quality is not proper or any other reasons. as our products are checked properly and then only dispatched.

A change charge of 200/- ( reverse pickup and second shipping fee ) INR has to be paid for any exchange.

*Note: Shipping and COD Charges are non-refundable.

RETURNS :

Only Exchange is available.

Please note- we do not accept any kind of return requests other than the conditions stated above for exchange.

All our products are made of very High Quality Silicone. But every customer has different expectations with the product and we do appreciate that but no returns are possible , only exchange is available.

Either you received a wrong item or damaged product, only then we can help you for return. No exchange or refunds are provided for any other reason. For the damaged products, we will require photos and videos for the same which will be analysed by our Technical team and the customer will be notified for the same. The end and final decision will be decided by the iFUN Store team if the product is really damaged or not and then the customer will be notified if any refund or exchange is possible or not. For Return , the refunded amount will be credited back to your bank account after deducting the cod and courier charges for return. For Exchange, the customer has to pay 200/- courier charges which will include the reverse pickup of the old product and sending a new product.
